I am going with the underdog and picking Oklahoma.

I did not see this post before the game. Florida played a great game. It was hard fought, but my Sooners lost.

Had I viewed this post before the game, I would have chosen Florida. At least one team in the SEC had to win a major bowl game. Not like <<>> Alabama.

Oklahoma got a bit annoying with the endless looking at the bench nonsense. Does the whole team have to come off set and stare at their coach?

They once again made this an anti-climatic game by waiting so long to play it. Neither team had played in over a month.

If Urban Meyer had a son would he be called Sub-Urban?

Lots of teams are doing that now, but Okla does it more. I agree it is annoying. To me many times it looks like a flag should be thrown.
I think they do better when they have a set of plays to run, and do so without stoping the game.
They seem to have a lot of clock problems also.

Yes, many times it looked like false starts. I've just never seen it be so animated as when Oklahoma does it.

I voted in ESPN today for Utah as deserving #1, not that it matters.

I hate the BCS and how it drags on. Both teams had a month to heal up. They should have played when the teams are all still playing hurt and are sore. That is a part of the game, to see who can rise above the physical issues.

Utah is a very good team. No losses, that is hard to do no matter where you play. I would vote for them.

So, who do you guys think would win in a showdown... the current Utah Utes or the current Detroit Lions?

No brainer. The Utes would walk all over Detroit. I think Detroit could find a way to lose even if the other team didn't show up. They should have put their practice team on the field for the last game. They might have won.
