He is a real jewel, isn't he? All he wants to do is argue about it without listening to the facts. Now he'll cruise with HAL with a grudge to settle and take it out on the crew, and then return and tell us how much the cruise sucked. But then I suspect that would happen even if he does get the cabin he wanted.
