Spirit to Alaska

I think I got a great deal on the Spirit, but I am in Catagory N. That probably means engine room. Has anyone ever cruised this ship in the cheapest cabins? Thanks in advance! ALSO, are there exaust fans in the bathrooms? Thanks

No exhaust fans in the bathrooms (I don't remember ever seeing an exhaust fan in a stateroom bathroom). I have been in the cheapest cabins and balcony suites - depending on where your cabin is located you may hear some engine noise, but it is all good to my way of thinking.

Category N is farther away from Category M, and is located in the forward section of the 4 deck, outside the medical center. While low in the ship you will be on a floor with limited other cabins, meaning less crowding. And using the elevators will be quite easy. While not guaranteed, you will possibly be upgraded if the ship is not sold out. I sometimes prefer an inside room, sleeping is best in total darkness, if you sleep late you won't be bothered by sunlight.

How did you like the cruise?? We went at the end of August with the cheapest tickets and were on level 5 and absolutely loved everything about the cruise!

I kept saying life doesn't get any better than this... hope you had just as good a timeQ!
