ALL of them! NCL has activities on board for every age group. Check out the dailys for the activities you are interested in. Avoid the activities you don't wish to attend, go to the activities you do wish to attend.
Most "party atmosphere" activities occur after the show, usually next to the pool. There is also the late night discos in one of the lounges.

Welcome to cruise-chat, Hudy. While NCL has a very kid friendly program fleetwide, for facilities on board that are geared toward young adults, I would stick with their newer ships and avoid the Wind, the Sea, the Dream and the Majesty.

RE:Best ships for young adults, Went on the Dawn last month, big noisy and loud. Good bands by pool area, dance parties in late nite nightclub. Good BBQ by pool. Alot of young people but too many kids.
