how to order a "bar set-up" on the ncl sun 11/2

It is difficult to arrange a bar setup for our cruise on the Sun this January from Australia . Does anyone have a direct email address for the ships coordinator .? - I've tried shipcoordinatorsun@ncl.com several times.
My son is also cruising with NCL on the Dawn in February and he has been in contact with the Dawns shipcoordinator a couple of times and his bar setup seems to be going smoothly .I just can't get a response to the emails sent to shipcoordinatorsun@ncl.com . Any ideas would be appreciated.

It is kind of ludicrous that we have to expend all of our efforts just to ensure we can have a couple of drinks in our cabins.
