great stirrup cay

can someone tell me what a "clam" is and is it worth renting when we go to great stirrup cay? does anyone have a pic of a clam?

They are fold over shade thingies. Depends on how much they charge I guess if it's worth it.

They didn't have them when I was on there a few years back, so don't know the cost...BUT I would be one of the first one's on the Cay to make sure you do get one....even the beach chairs go fast.....but it's a nice relaxing day. Happy Sailing...
