Can someone tell me how old this ship is and what to expect as far as cabins and help, not that I need much help mind you but traveling with a older person thanks wendy

Norwegian Pearl debuted in late 2006.

As far as what to expect in terms of help -- you will find it at times, such as helping to carry a tray, but only if someone happens to be around. If you require more assistance, contact ship services well in advance of your cruise.

Hi Wendy,

I'm leaving on the Pearl tomorrow and will write a review of the ship when I get back...I've sailed on the Jewel (her sister ship) and it was a wonderful ship...As far as getting help, you should have no problem...Many older people (I guess I am one now) are sailing and seem to get around very well...Walkers, Scooters, Wheelchairs, etc don't seem to stop any of them....The ships crew seem to want to help whenever they can, plus many passengers will give a helping hand too....I think you picked a winner in the Pearl....Happy Sailing..
