Has anyone had a cabin under the jogging track, any noise?

We've been offered a cabin on the Norweigan Dream on deck 6, which is 1 deck below the promenade deck (deck 7) with it's jogging track.
I am concerned that we might get woken up by noise through our ceiling, as people go for their morning run. The travel agent says the noise does not transfer, but I'm not so sure.
Does anyone have any experience of this situation please?

it really depends how much time you want to be spending in your cabin
if you want to be there day and night, yes sometimes you might here them running by. but i would say maybe 1 out of 10 times.
i can only assume that you would be up and about early enough. besides there are signs that will tell your fellow passengers not to run during certain times of the day.

it of course also depends on which ship. the Star, Dawn and Jewel have the jogging track on deck 13 and there are no cabins underneath.

if you think it will disturb you, just ask your rep. to change it for you.
