Location of Mini-Suite on Norwegian Dawn

I am currently booked on a cruise to Bermuda on the Dawn. I have been assigned mini-suite 11636 on the 11th floor. I am concerned about noise in my room since the Garden Cafe is right above on Deck 12. Is the Garden Cafe open or closed dining (indoors or outdoors) and what hours are they open? Has anyone been in this room or near this room on this ship? I was told to avoid rooms below the pool area due to noise. Is there a better location on Deck 11. Please advise!! Many thanks!!

Since I am a first time cruiser, I can't tell you where it is on the ship but I'm just curious as to when you're going as we are also booked on the Dawn to Bermuda leaving on 4/18.

We has a mini right down the hall from your room 11680 and we did not experience any issues with noise at night. We are back on the Dawn in Sept but trying Deck 10 Aft this time. You will have a great time
