norwegian spirit cruise- suggestions/reviews

My husband and I just booked our first cruise!! We will be cruising on the norwegian spirit to eastern caribbean August 23, 2008. We're very excited but we don't know what to expect. Any suggestions or reviews of the ship? How are the entertainment and shows?

we just went on the spirit in july to eastern carribean.it was also our first cruise and we enjoyed it very much. we thought the ship was nice and the shows were very entertaining.

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the cruise. I have so many questions.... very excited! How were the staterooms... we are booked in an AD penthouse suite. Any excursions you would recommend? How was the food? Did you buy the soda card? Any other remarks would be appreciated and helpful!
