Are capri pants considered "resort casual" for dinner aboard the Sun? Also, are laundry services available? Thanks for any info that you can give me!

We have been on several wonderful cruises on several lines over the last few years. Yes, those awful capri pants are seen at dinner on a cruise ship(Can you tell I detest them?) on those nights listed as Resort Casual. I guess it's a matter of taste...
