Although that ticker website had nothing about getting permission prior to using them, nor their affiliation with cruise critic, I guess we all need to dump them. Unfortunately each user will have to do it. I can't find a command where I can dump that particular ticker link.

I believe what Chef Ken is trying to get at is your comment about having a bad feeling before you even leave. Often people that set out with negative feelings are already setting themselves up to have a bad cruise. They will look for and complain about every little thing. Thus making everyone's cruise experience unpleasant. So I hope you will think positive and have a great cruise.
Thank you Cruise Fanatic, you are correct. and for the benefit of Dan in Winnepeg, at 270 lbs and 6' in height I have not often been called, "little" as for the people at my table you do them a slight injustice to remove them from existience.
So Dan, on the count of three, take a breath and relax, no offense was intended toward my near neighbor to the north. (Sorry if you took my tongue in cheek jesting seriously.) Actually you said they were "**** about the booze thing." not that they "were a little harsh." Your words, not mine. Are we okay now?

You are right. We'll have a great time regardless. We're very excited about the trip and expect to become frequent cruisers as our kids get older.
I think the chef's been near the deep fryers a little too long.
You are new here so I'll let that slide. One thing you will learn as you use this site is that it is in your best interest not to get personal. My comment to you was really intended to help you see that starting out the cruise with a good attitude has been proven to be a key to having a great time, and I know you will.
Sorry Ken....I mean...Big Man. I'm an x-front of the house guy...and you know the rap in the hospitality industry between the front and the back. Just another jab with a wink between the glow-rays. So I've learned a few things here: Don't bring the extra bev's.....don't mess with experienced cruisers....and have a great time. I'm good with it all. We're leaving on the NCL Dream this Saturday and we'll have a blast. BTW....I work for the largest food supplier in North America and deal with Chef's on a daily basis.....I love em all. Cheers.
