shuttle to downtown Hile

I hope to see the NFL, Chargers vs Green Bay game on Sept 23 in Hilo. I will be arriving on the POA. First, it starts at 7:00 am. Is there a bar onboard the ship that shows the games? Probably not...Second, does the ship usually dock early? Say 7 rather than the posted time of 8? Third, how can we get the 2 1/2 miles to downtown Hilo to the Emerald Orchid, where the game will be on at 7, the quickest? Is there a cab or shuttle?

There are free shuttles to several stores, some of which are close to places where you watch the game. I definitely remember a shuttle to Hilo Hattie and one to Walmart, and I think there were others.
