going on the star june23 to alaska any tips

I was on the Star last year at this time in Alaska....very nice ship....when in Skagway, spend the money and go on the White Pass Railroad trip....and of course in Juneau the Mendenhall Glacier is a nice way to spend the day....and of course SHOPPING in both cities...
We are going back on our 3rd cruise to Alaska next year as well as a 9 dayer on the Pearl...Enjoy your trip...Alaska is almost like a religious experience...

NCL Star is a great ship, sailed her 2 years ago. Makes same stops as NCL Pearl, so if any questions, just ask.

We enjoyed the Star last spring, L.A. to Vancouver. Tips? Make reservations early for the alternate restaurants. The steakhouse was excellent, as was Ginza (if you like Asian food). Alaska is amazing - be sure to bring rain gear and plan to dress in layers, as the temperatures can vary from 40s to 70s during the summer!
