The ship docks at Hilo at 9:30AM. At what time can I expect to get off the ship?

9:30 is an estimated time and due to all sorts of variables, there are no guarantees when it comes to times of arrival and disembarking. But, on my cruise on the Wind over New Year's, it was less than 1/2 hour from the time we docked in Hilo until the time we were able to disembark.
