I can't help you with the itinerary.
I agree, the Spirit is gorgeous.
Here's a few tips about the Spirit.
On at sea days, try the fish & chips at Henry's Pub for lunch. Don't forget to eat some soft fresh baked pretzels at the Bier Garten in the mornings. On some afternoons, the Bier Garten offers knauts. The Blue Lagoon offers sandwiches most of the day, I've read not to miss the fried rice. An often overlooked snack bar is the Cafe in the atrium, where coffee, tea, and pastry deserts can be bought for a small charge.
Walk the teak planks of the Promenade Deck, remember the days of cruise liners when strolling this deck was a popular activity, few ships use teak on their Promenade Deck today. You'll find much more teak on the decks of the Spirit than on most cruise ships.
The must see bar and lounges aboard the Spirit are Maharajah's Lounge, there's no other lounge I know of with beds for lying down, and the Galaxy of the Stars which has outstanding panoramic views. While in the Galaxy of the Stars, take the circular staircase down to the Bridge Observation room. Few ships today let you watch the bridge watch-standers doing their duties.
Also take some time to just stroll on this ship, the asian art and decor is everywhere. This uniqueness in decor is what makes the Spirit special.
Have a great cruise.....
