Is there a cigar bar on the Wind? Or do you know if cigar smoking is allowed anywhere on the ship?

I was on the Wind in September - at that time smoking of cigars and pipes was limited to outside only.

Smoking on the Wind... a new variation to the song, Blowing in the Wind...the answer is blowing in the wind!
