Has anyone had a pleasant experience on the 7 day Hawaiian cruise? My husband and I were thinking of taking it for our 10th anniversary, but all of the reviews I've read have been negative or neutral at best. Please advise.

I haven't been on this cruise, but I am booked for a cruise in '05 on the Aloha. There was a nice article on MSNBC's web site about this ship. I think that I can make it a great trip in spite of the problems. It is after all Hawaii!!!!

YES! I just got back from the 10/24 sailing and we had a great time. The food was not great, but there was always something we could find to chow down on.

Everything else was great!

That is so good to hear. I am hoping NCL will get everything under control and it seems like they are making progress. Any tips for those that are going to be cruising on her?

I'm glad to hear you had a positive experience. How was the service? That seemed to be the biggest complaint in the reviews I've read.
