cruise insurance

Hi all. My first cruise on NCL this December (Pearl/Western Carribean). Always cruise Princess, so I'm nervous....not really . Was just reading a post from a few months back about the family that had the head on collision on the way to the cruise and didn't have insurance. Not something I have ever purchased...insurance. After reading that, I now question my decision about not purchasing it. Where do I look for insurance and how much should I expect to pay? Thanks everyone!
