My wife and I (two adults) will be touring the Mediterranean Sea by
Norwegian Cruise Lines (The Norwegian Jewel) beginning the week of July 2.

We will be in the following ports on the dates and times below:
Naples Wednesday July 5 - the ship docks at 700 AM and departs at
5:00 PM (Capri Sorrento Pompeii Positano)
Cittevechia (Rome) Thursday July 6 - the ships docks at 7:00 AM and
departs 7:00 PM
Livorno Friday July 7 - the ships docks at 7:00 AM and departs
7:00 PM (Florence and Pisa)
Nice - Villefranche July 8 the ship docks at 7 AM and departs 300 PM

We are interested in booking a car and English speaking driver - NO
separate guide - to take us on sightseeing tours for full day tours
for each of these four stops
In order to save money, we would like to go in a van and join other guests who would want to go on these tours.
We have made inquires of PortCompass tour agency and they have recommended we search on cruise forums for passengers who would like to
join us. Below are the cruises we would like to take. If you are interested in joining us to form a group of 4 to 8 passengers total
(with the two of us) send us an email and / or contact Port Compass directly via email and indicate that you want to join us
If you want to suggest other companies doing shore excursions that are similar, better and or cheaper, thats fine with us. We have NOT
yet booked with PortCompass as their rates for two persons alone are two expensive for us.

WHEN TO BOOK:
a) Because availability is very limited during peak season (especially for Rome), you may choose to book asap, even if you do not yet
have the desired number of pax to share with you. You would pay the higher price and will be assured of space. If others join you later,
we will try to upgrade you to a larger vehicle, and if successful, will refund any price difference due to a larger grp sharing the
costs.
b) Alternatively, you can wait till later to see if others wish to join. In this case, space is not held as there is no booking, so you
would run the risk of not having space when you decide to book later.
Our other grps on this sailing do not wish to share, so pls refer to the 2pax prices above. If you wish to GROW-A-GROUP to lower costs,
here's how:
i) Now that you are in our database, we will alert you if others contact us and indicate they wish to share.
ii) Try contacting your travel agent to let them know that you are looking for others on your sailing to share

excursions. Let them know we offer commissions to travel agents, as that may provide them with an added incentive to assist you. Most
travel agents have others on the same sailing, and many of our clients are able to grow their group this way.
iii) You may also want to try posting on cruise bulletin boards e.g.
