Mr. Clark as I said earlier "I DOUBT that the yard will let them board". Of course they're not going to force their way. As a joke, they can always ask for permission but I think we know the answer to that one.

If there's no intervention by Greenpeace they needn't bother to solicit me for support.

A pair of Playtex dishwashing gloves, a 3M surgical mask, and a disposable overcoat DO NOT qualify as a "safety precaution".

My guess is that they will STILL be BAREFOOTED when digging through the asbestos and PCB's. YIKES !!!

Greenpeace must be out-of-business or something? This should be a SLAM-DUNK PR bonanza for them ......

More updates on maritime matters

http://www.maritimematters.com/shipnews.html

Sounds like stuff that we already know, but interesting none the less. Another delay? Something fishy here methinks.

Alex? Are you around? any thoughts on these latest delays?

This is certainly "a slow boat to India." Likely, negotiations are ongoing and the Alang Gang are attempting to slow progress of the convoy while they continue to talk with Dubai (and possibly other)interests.

Or, and I hope this is not the case, more time is needed to contaminate the ship prior to Alang arrival.

I do not believe for an instant that there are any mechanical problems with the tugs.
