E-DOCS (?) - Has anyone else gotten these???

Hi everyone,

I am posting this email separately from a message I sent to Jim C earlier. Can anyone tell me if they have received their documents in email form from NCL?

Here is exactly what we got from them in our email:

Documentation kit which includes:

1. Cruise Ticket: (it is a page with information on it containing our ticket numbers, names, cabin number, our on board email address and says "to be presented for passage")

2. Information regarding the port (with guest check in time, port location, etc.)

3. The itinerary page

4. A "bag tag" page with a bag tag containing the cabin number and date of the cruise with instructions telling us to print, cut, fold it and how to attach them to our bags. They gave us one, we will have to print multiple copies I guess.

We already filled out the pre-registration online. We haven't gotten anything else in "the mail" and nothing regarding excursions, etc.

ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE GET "E-DOCS"??? Just feeling a little weary here seeing everyone who is getting their tickets in the mail and wondering if this is normal practice. Should we be looking for anything else? Cruise is less than 2 months away.

I had NCL e-docs last year and everything went superb. I wouldn't worry.

Me too, just returned from Alaksa, all we had was E-Docs. No problem at all.

It does take the fun out of finding your docs in the mailbox.. but other than the luggage tags, (having to copy, cut out and attach paper tags to your luggage) I don't see why there would be any disadvantage to the e-docs

Yes - I received my eDocuments two weeks ago. I was puzzled at first. However, I remember that I was told that I would get my documents via email. Everything should be OK.

I rec'd my e-doc's at the beginning of August and we sail Sept. 17th. I feel better receiving them in my e-mail than waiting for the Post Office to deliver them at their convenience.

Good point Linda_43... I had not considered being at the mercy of the USPS.
