Just found out that I will be on the 4th deck going to alaska on the star, how bad is it on that deck??? thank you denise

The Star is a great ship and being on deck 4 isn't all that bad. You will find that you won't be spending all that much time in your cabin, especially on that itinerary.

Actually if you have an outside cabin - the view is really good from that level. You are much closer to sea level so you are much closer to much of the animal life (you can see the whales, sea lions, etc).
