Farewell NCL Dream

Sadly we observed the NCL Dream departing port at Hamilton Bermuda on Saturday, Nov.1,2008 on her final voyage to Boston,Mass.
She will then head down to the shipyards in Freeport,Grand Bahama for a refit and a change in colors and registry to Sun Lines for Pacific duty.

Looks like this was not a great season for N. Dream. I was on her first cruise from Boston this year (May 2008) and hoped things would improve. I see they have not.

At least you got a Latitudes pin. They ignored us.

HeinBloed - We observed the departure of the NCL Dream from our cabin aboard the NCL Dawn with much sadness as we were aware this was her final NCL departure from Bermuda. We were told that the Dawn did have her signal pennants up in recognition of the final departure of the Dream. Still, a blast from the ship's horn would have given us all a little more sense of closure for the Dream's final NCL voyage!
