Advanced Registration Online

Has anyone used advanced registration online with NCL? Every time I try to pre-register online I get message "reservation number not found" even though I have all my travel documents in hand, and I booked all excursions online...E-mailed their site "Internet Suprot" but all they reccomended is to call their automated support line... Frustrating!

I just tried it using Firefox and I was able to access mine without a problem. Try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps.

i had the same problem and since my husband was listed first on the travel info I found it under him. check and see who is listed first on your info. I hope i was a little help.

davejohn, yeah, I tried Firefox, Safari, Explorer, etc. Did not work

tonia - I tried all possible combinations: both our names, my name, his name, even his first name as last name (that often happens) - nothing works. I registered myself but not him. I did call "Automated support system" and the guy there told me that their advanced registration system was down, and when I said I had the same troubles last December and this may he could only say "I am sorry". Oh well, I mailed the registration forms today.

I just did the advance registration thing today and it went very smoothly. I'm not a computer-type so I don't know what program. I just went to the website and did what they told me.

I noticed, though, in that delightful package that came for my upcoming cruise - with the luggage tags and brochures for excursions, there were no actual tickets. Is that common now?

Kraftsinc, as far as I know, there is a "brochure" for the cruise with tickets, combined itinerary, departure port info, etc. We got ours last week. Do you use travel agent or book directly with NCL?

If you don't think you received everything, you can go to http://edocs.ncl.com/edocs/login.aspx and print all your edocs.

Thanks for your replies. I did book with a travel agent and got a message from her today that she has our e-documents. So all is well.

Dave, thanks for the e-mail address for the edoc's. I was told that NCL would send me an e-mail sometime in the future with all my doc's. Again thanks FWL
