Extra spending on the Dawn

I'm sailing on the Dawn - 7/29/06 and this is my first cruising experience.

My boyfriend and I are trying to figure a rough budget. The soda charge - is the $55.00 charge per person or per couple? Also, is the sauna room/lap pool access charge per person or per couple? If it is per person - can two of us share one pass?

The adult soda card charge is per person.
I'm not sure about the spa charges, but I believe it's per person too.

The soda card is $40.25 per person , it can not be used when ordering room service, There is no charge for use of the lap pool or the sauna room. everything is per person on this ship, you will really enjoy it I have been on it three times, #4 is in August

Actually, the soda card is $5.75 per day per person.
On a 7 day cruise, that's $40.25.
On a 10 day cruise, that's $57.50.
On a 14 day cruise, that's $80.50.

The Dawn on the 5th of august will be my first cruise. Exactly what is a soda charge?

Jason81, alcohol and soft drinks are not included in the price of the cruise. A soda charge is what you pay for a card that allows you to drink soda without charging for each soda. (Or a sticker on your cruise card). Depending on how much soda you drink, you will have to figure out if it is worth it to purchase individual sodas or the card/sticker. Tea, coffee, some juices, and water (not bottled) are free. Best wishes!

I just got off the Dawn this weekend. I bought the soda card for $40.25 and let my friend & sis use it too. U just flash ur card at the bartender with the Soda sticker on it and they never ask for id or anything so the 3 of us shared it just fine.
