I've read mixed messages about bringing liquids on board an NCL cruise ship (Jewel). Some messages say you can bring absolutely no liquids on board. Others say certain things like a bottle of wine or champagne are fine but you'll have to pay a corking fee if you consume it in the dining room. What's true?

Actually, neither is true.

NCL does not allow alcoholic beverages to be brought onboard by pax, but places no such restriction on non-alcoholic beverages.
