NCL GEM Med Cruise in Nov

I´ve been on this cruise in May and I never heard that NCL is offering a self service laundry nor did I see any laundry rooms on the GEM. They do offer a laundry service but no self service washers/dryers.

FYI...I just asked my NCL person and this is their reply on laundry on the Gem:
"Self service laundry facilities are available on decks 5, 9, and 10, and for your convenience, laundry and dry cleaning services are available onboard as well."

Thank you for that information! I will avoid the white taxis in Malta and just take the train into Rome. I will check out that website you suggested also.
