A good argument for using a TA. One couple that is going on this Alaskan cruise (friend of a friend) decided to bypass the TA I had set everything up with and book directly with Norwegian. When the TA called them they said they had booked with the cruise line and saved $300 off his price. Long story made shorter... they booked them selves on a different ship. LOL

So instead of the cabins just being down the hall they will now be MILES apart.

Fortunately the final payment has not been made so there is still time to fix things.

Vacaman -- I really don't understand why the NCL rep wouldn't have given you the $300 credit you deserved. We are booked on the Dawn on the March 7th cruise and decided to just get the cat. BC balcony cabin with the $150 on board credit for balconies because the minisuites still available weren't in the best location. The credit for all minisuites was $300 -- so you were indeed cheated. The promo NCL had was called "PGWAVE" and offered $50 for inside, $100 for outside, $150 for balcony, $300 for minisuites and $500 for penthouse or villas. I think you should try once more going up the chain of command and see if you can't get the proper credit. Sorry this happened to you -- we were also on the Pearl in 2007 and loved it!
