Hi Shaun and welcome to Cruise Chat.
The Pride of Aloha is leaving Hawaii in May, and NCL is scrambling to try to get everyone rebooked on Pride of America, their only ship remaining in Hawaii as of May. I suppose you could have tried getting re-booked on the cruise the following week instead of the day prior to you old cruise date, but it looks like everything is a done deal now. Did you have cruise insurance through an outside (not NCL) company? I suppose you could plead your case with them, although they may say NCL met its obligation by rebooking you on another cruise, plus whatever perks they may be giving you for the inconvenience.
Is the $950 for rebooked travel reservations, or wedding-related items?
