Hey Everyone,

I have posted several times about this cruise and can finally say I have thirty spots booked on the Gem sailing on March 13th!

One port I want to plan a group excursion is Cape Canaveral. Should we do this independantly (not using NCL)? Does anyone have any ideas that would be good for young adults?

As always thanks,

Most popular choices will be Kennedy Space Center or Disney. Allow an hour each way for Disney. You may get a discount with Kennedy Space Center for your group if you contact them direct. Transportation to the center may be a problem for that many people. You might need to contact an independent transportation company. Also check here . They may have something you can work out for your group.

The mod is correct...
A lot of people extend their stay to take advantage of the Orlando Parks....
Cocoa Beach is a good place if you just want some relaxing beach time...The original Ron Jon is usually worth a visit for gifts....

lregan20, I'd suggest getting some Indian River fruit, but you can't bring it on board. However, you might want to ship some home. The citrus and honey really are exceptional there.
