Pier for Dawn

Does anyone know if there is a specific pier # for the Dawn? Trying to arrange for a car service and they asked for a specific pier. I called NCL and they just gave me the street address. Maybe that is enough, just don't know. How is disembarkation from this ship? How long does it really take?

Never done that cruise, but I believe NCL uses Pier 88 at the Manhattan terminal.

jerzycruiser - Fear Not! The Manhattan Cruise Passenger Terminal has all the piers in a straight line at the street address you were given. The car service sounds as if they are unfamiliar with the layout of the terminal. The total length of the terminals is not more than 1500 feet. There are seldom more than 2 ships in the terminal at any one time and they are readily visible from the street! The pier number is of little consequence because the distance between piers is not great! The car service you have been in touch with this should be aware of that!!

All you need to tell them is that it is the pier next to the U.S.S. Intrepid Museum!

That is exactly right. I did a google street view and there can't be more than a couple hundred feet from one pier to the other.

It is important to know the pier number and street address. There is another section of piers further down the street. A dishonest taxi driver will play dumb and drive down that way looking for your ship if you don't have the exact pier number.
