For the first time since the introduction of Freestyle Cruising nine years ago, NCL has increased its daily on-board service charge to $12 per guest, regardless of age,* applicable for all 2009 sailings and beyond. Please refer to NCL's 2009-2010 brochure or ncl.com for full details.
* Children from 6 months to two years old at the time of sailing will not be assessed this charge.
I just got back off the Pearl, and I GOT MY $12 bucks worth of service and much more......now to just give me my Oil Surcharge onboard credit....I shall call in the morning.....
I will be doing a review on the Pearl....it was my second trip on her.....I know it's one of your favorite ships...and of course Captain Lars has to be the most out going Captain on the High Seas.....We had an out break of GI infection on board, but he took immediate action and kept it well under control...
Welcome back Bob, can't wait to see where y'all go next! I am totally in favor of giving the staff an increase, $12/day per person is nothing compared to the great service you receive on board!
