So I am sailing soon with my 16 yo son, and 14 yo daughter. They of course think they are going to ditch the parents and roam the ship in search of friends..... which is fine, but I don't want them out and about by themselves, especially the younger one.

On a previous cruise two years ago, my son did not find the teenage club to be that interesting and spent most of his time with us.

Has anyone had teenagers on POA and does the teen club have enough interesting things to do?

I just remembered that I am sailing during the Canadian Easter break (leave March 27). Is the American break the same week?? If so, I'm sure there will be lots of kids and activities.

I think most schools in the US start break on March 29th through April 5th for Easter. I'm not sure though. Hopefully someone will reply with info about the teen activities.

In Massachusetts, our break is April 17th thru the 25th, so that's one state worth of kids you won't have to contend with.

Our campus is March 15-19. However, there usually is a good mix of age groups on NCL cruises. The teens I saw on our cruise seemed to be having a good time. I know I sure did, but I'm far removed from being a teenager
