Wondering if anyone reading this board would also be going to Alaska on Sunday, August 27.
My husband and I are from Chicago and are really looking forward to this trip!!

Yes. my wife and I are on the NCL Star for the Aug 27, 2006 cruise. Schauburgians, we are and our first Alaskan trip. See ya on board fellow Chicagians and Cubs Fans!

Fabulous! This is our second cruise on NCL, first was to Bermuda and we got hooked on the no hassle vacation style! You will absolutely love the free-style set-up, which gives you more freedom to utilize your own time schedule while pursuing land excursions.
Husband and I reside in Chicago, where are you coming from?
