NCL 2/21 Cruise

My family is cruising on 2 21. They tell the departure date, but don't suggest the time for arrival to get thru the boarding. Can you help?

That depends on what port you are leaving from. Which ship are you going to be on?

It appears she is sailing on the Star from L.A. as that's the only NCL ship departing on 2-21-06.

The Star is scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am, and depart at 6:00 pm. Splitting the difference would be four and a half hours, so I would presume NCL will start boarding the ship around 1:30 pm. I would arrive at the pier around 1:00 pm.
