Wedding Packages - transatlantic Miami-Rome on the dream

My fiance and I are looking at getting married on the Norwegian Dream going from Miami to Rome. I would love to hear any comments regarding there wedding packages and/or the cruise. (ie weather, average age of passengers, etc)

It would be the first cruise for both of us. Any comments regarding the rooms, we are looking at the penthouse or owner's suites.
