deck 11 overhang

i am going to be on deck 11 on norwegian jewel with balcony however looking at photographs of this fine ship i see there is an overhang in structure abouve deck 11 which must surely shade the balconies in this area.....and feedback????
also any other tips on jewel

How much shade you'll get from the overhang depends upon in which direction the ship is pointing, and where the sun is.

You could have shade all day, or sun all day.

For example, in the northern hemisphere, if the ship is sailing south, and your balcony cabin is on the port side, you'll have sun all morning, and shade all afternoon. Liekwise, again in the northern hemisphere, if the ship is sailing east, and your balcony cabin is on the port side, you'll have shade all day.

At most, the overhang of a few feet will effect the sun on your balcony around noon.
