I thought we had plenty of time to book my little sister on the ship while we were waiting for our dad to find out if he could come and share a room with her. Low and behold the very day he said he couldn't go, the ship sold out. Any suggestions on what we can do since our cabin has as many as they will allow us. We have four young children and I was looking foward to her company and her help.
You could call your travel agent and ask them to waitlist you...this only means if you waitlist that if a last minute cancellation comes up you would be inline for it. Of course I found that if you place money on the waitlist you have a better chance then someone who is waitlisted and has not placed money on the booking. If you do not get a cabin then the money placed will be refunded to you. At this point the sailing is only 3 weeks out, so everyone has paid in full so chances are pretty slim. Good luck.
Good luck getting your sister on the ship. We are also sailing Dec 11th with 4 young children. What are the ages of yours? We have girl(9), boy(5), girl (4) and boy (1). They are looking forward to meeting other kids in the kids club.
jenb, We did manage to get my sister on board,so we are very excited. Not so much about the itinery change, but at least the whole family gets to go! My kids ages are boy(13), girl(10), girl(7), girl(4) and a 21 month old boy. You can see why we needed extra hands to go with us!
I'm glad you got your sister on board. We are going to have Grandma and Grandpa to help us! Maybe our kids will see each other on board! Mine are so excited, they can hardly wait.
