Am I mistaken or did NCL say they were refunding 75 percent of the cruise, PLUS 50 percent off any other cruise?...and this is a great reason to have cruise insurance...."Stuff Happens"....

NCL are giving 75% off to ppl who were already on the cruise and 50% off on a next cruise up to the price you paided for this cruise.
