Buy a cheap coffee maker and take an extension cord. At the end of the cruise leave it in the room if you have no space for it. Also leave the coffee after being open. Customs is strict on taking food stuff off the ship.
Princess also has a price list for liquor by the bottle for in room consumption. The prices are reasonable. They do not offer Kaklua so take your own if you want to doctor the coffee a little. We bought a bottle at the first port and did not have a problem bringing it on.
