NCL Majesty knocks into 3 yachts

I was surfing the web this morning and read about this incident on some other chat boards:
Apparently the Norwegian Majesty was pulling into the Town Cut in St. George's, Bermuda during high winds and knocked into 3 yachts. According to the reports, it looked like one of the yachts was going to get sucked under. Fortunately, there was minimal damage and all aboard were safe - but I am sure it was quite scary for those aboard the yacht.

Anyone hear any more about this? I never saw anything on the US newswires.

Just curious... That would be the responsibility of the harbor pilot in Bermuda versus the captain and crew of the Norwegian Majesty, wouldn't it?

Same thing on that RCI ship that had an "incident" when docking a few weeks ago in Mexico?

It would seem to be the harbor pilots fault. But we don't know the legal ramifications,the agreements cruiselines have with the pilots union.
