Going to the Baltics on the Dream. When you are joining a shorre excursion, at the end of the tour,will the tour guide let you stay in town for a few more hours if you choose not to go back with the group to the ship(of course returning before the ship leaves the port)or if you want could you board the shuttle at the location where it picks up passengers returning back to the ship? Where do you book the shuttle and do you pay the driver or do you pay at the ship? Thank you.
