Okay... looks like this sucker is going to cause problems in the Gulf of Mexico and western caribbean. So, does NCL have a "back-up" plan for ports in the line of storms?

I wouldn't worry about it. Gamma is still only a tropical depression and they aren't predicting that it will become anything much more than a tropical storm. At this time, it is not probable that it will affect the US and does not appear that it will affect any of your ports. Even if this scenario were to change - cruise lines always have contigency plans and you would either skip a port or re-route to another.
