THE HOTEL DIRECTOR FROM NORWEIGIAN SUN, PUT HER HANDS ON ME AND YELLED AT ME ABOUT COMPLAINTS I HAD,,, THIS CRUSIE IS THE WORST, THE STAFF ARE CLEVER TO AVOID COMPLAINTS, THEY COVER EACH OTHER,
