anyway to find out crews on ships

I am trying to locate a friend whom used to work with NCL? Does anyone know if they will give out a officer list of the cruise ships, or if they will give it to the travel agents?

His name is Robert Teige, and the last time I saw him he was the chief officer on the s/s Norway. I know he has been on other ships, and someone said he may have been the captain on the dream when it hit the containership in the english channel, but I have had conflicting reports on this...........I would try contacting him by Marisat, but I dont know what ship he is on, if he is still with NCL.
