About 10 years ago Bob Dickinson of Carnival went and worked on the Imagination. No pay raises (that I know), but he did change some things that affected crews quality of life. IE: He changed the early hours cabin stewards had to report in on sea days. People sleep in longer on sea days and cabin stewards complained they couldn't get in the cabins. So he changed it where they didn't have to report in as early. Another change was the type of shirt the bartenders wore. Bob changed them to a lighter material where bartenders wouldn't sweat so much. Important particularly to those that work out by the pool.

It doesn't surprise me that he got outed on the NCL Epic. An older white male that blushes easy, working in the Manhattan dining room which is normally manned by young International crew.
