Hi Darryl,

Lloyd Werft has no longer been part of Hapag-Lloyd for many years already. You are right, however, that the yard was originally established in the 19th century as a repair facility for the than North German Lloyd. Lloyd Werft was later taken over by Bremer Vulkan shipyard and was successfully demerged when that company went bankrupt in 1996.
