I called to book a cruise on the Gem on Thursday Febuary 5th I spoke to she quoted me a price. She did not offer to hold me this cabin when i called beck 3 hours later the price more then doubled, is this even legal, the supervisor couldt do anything. Can anyone tell me why she did not hold this reservation for a matter of hours, don`t most travel agents do that? Thank you...
