Does NCL have a signature desert like carnival and chocolate melting cake?? I hope so because that is probably what I will miss most about not sailing with Carnival this time! Thanks in advance.

NCL does offer "lava cake" which I think is similar to the chocolate melting cake once or twice in the week on the dessert menu. However, even though I am a fan of NCL food in general and love desserts, this is one case where they generally overcook it so the inside is not soft the way it should be. It may be hit and miss as to whether it comes out the way you expect it. My favourite NCL dessert is the creme brulee.

vietvet - I suggest dining in LeBistro and give the Chocolate Fondue a go...You will not be disappointed!!!

We did that too, after we eat one of the best if not the best steak ever. We really enjoy LeBistro, got me thinking of another cruise now.
